Flowing water plant located near the town of Angol, VIII region of Araucania, with a nominal power of 19.2 MW. The plant, in operation since May 2015, consists of a lateral type intake for the capture of water from the Picoiquen stream, a 1,700 mm diameter and 10 km length forced conduit, a power plant building in which No.2 vertical Pelton 5-jets turbines are arranged directly coupled to the respective synchronous generators. The gross jump is 450 m and the nominal flow rate is 5 m3/s. The Picoiquen hydroelectric power plant is characterised by an estimated average annual production of 90 GWh.

Flowing water plant located near the small town of Entre Lagos, X region of Los Lagos, with a nominal power of 7.5 MW. The power plant, commissioning service in June 2019, consists of a lateral intake for the capture of water from the Pulelfu stream, a 1,600 mm diameter and 3.9 km in length forced conduit, a power plant building in which there are No.2 vertical 5-jets Pelton turbines are arranged directly coupled to the respective synchronous generators. The gross jump is 200 m and the nominal flow rate is 5 m3/s. The Palmar hydroelectric power plant is characterised by an estimated average annual production of 35 GWh.

Flowing water plant located near the small town of Ebtre Lagos, X region of Los Lagos, with a nominal power of 6.5 MW. The power plant, commissioning service in June 2019, consists of a Coanca type intake for the capture of water from the Correntoso stream, a 1,200 mm average diameter and 3.5 km of length forced conduit, a power plant building in which No. 1 vertical 4-jets Pelton turbine is arranged directly coupled to the synchronous generator. The gross jump is 395 m and the nominal flow rate is 2 m3/s. The Correntoso hydroelectric power plant is characterised by an estimated average annual production of 13 GWh

Flowing water plant located in the sector of the Rupanco Lake, X region of Los Lagos, at 100 km from the small town of Osorno with a nominal power of 12 MW. The power plant, in operation since May 2013, consists of two lateral intakes for the capture of water respectively from the Bonito stream and the sin Nombre stream, two forced conduits with a 1,700 mm diameter and 5 km in length and 1,200 m and 3.6 km in length, respectively, a power plant building in which 3 vertical 5-jets Pelton turbines are arranged directly coupled to the respective synchronous generators. The gross jump of the Bonito branch is 235 m and the nominal flow rate of 5 m3/s, the gross jump of the Sin Nombre branch is 154 m and the nominal flow rate of 2.2 m3/s. The Bonito hydroelectric power plant is characterised by an estimated average annual production of 60 GWh.

Flowing water plant located in the area of the Rupanco Lake, X region of Los Lagos, 100 km from the small town of Osorno with a nominal power of 2.1 MW. The plant, commissioning service in December 2018, consists of a lateral intake for the capture of water from the Bonito stream, a 1,000 mm diameter and 2.7 km of length forced conduit, a power plant building in which No. 1 vertical 6-jets Pelton turbine is arranged directly coupled to the synchronous generator. The gross jump is 130 m and the nominal flow rate is 2 m3/s. The Alto Bonito hydroelectric power plant is characterised by an estimated average annual production of 13 GWh.

The plant, currently under construction with planned date of commissioning in March 2020, consists of a lateral type intake for the capture of water from the Mocho stream, with an average diameter of a 1,100 mm and 6 km of length forced conduit, a power plant building in which No. 1 Horizontal 2-jeta Pelton turbine is arranged directly coupled to a synchronous generator. The gross jump is 726 m and the nominal flow rate is 2 m3/s. The Mocho hydroelectric power plant is characterised by an estimated average annual production of 70 GWh.

Angol Hydroelectric Power Plant

The gross jump is 726 m and the nominal flow rate is 2 m3/s. The Mocho hydroelectric power plant is characterised by an estimated average annual production of 70 GWh.
